Return policy
- After receiving the goods you have a return period of 14 days
- When returning items, the following points must be observed:
- the item must be in the undamaged original packaging
- no signs of washing or use
- Tags/labels must not be damaged or removed
- no stains/odors
! If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund. All items are inspected upon return. !
Return costs per return shipment / exchange
- European Union: €4.99
- Switzerland: CHF 4.90
- United Kingdom: £4.50
How do I register a return or exchange?
Simply use our Returns Portal:
There you can conveniently register both returns and exchanges online.
Once your request has been submitted, you will automatically receive a return shipping label.
Please note that only registered returns and exchanges can be processed.

When will I receive my refund?
The processing time for refunds depends on several factors:
- Shipping service provider: Duration of the return shipment to our warehouse
- Arrival & processing of the return: Inspection and recording of the return shipment
- Payment provider: Processing time depending on the chosen payment method
Once the return has been successfully checked, the refund will be made according to the guidelines of your payment provider.
