Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by youwho is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately,the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is notthe carrier, take possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the dayon which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the lastpartial shipment or the last piece.

If you use this online function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durablemedium, for example by email. This confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal declarationas well as the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning theexercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, includingdelivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a deliverymethod other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day onwhich we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction,unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees forthis reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have providedproof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteendays from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The goods must bereturned to the following address:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a mannerother than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
